maxifix doesn't work

     can't get maxifix to work .after launching the MAXIFIX application , i can't press any botton 
    it's maxisys pro version 2.20 
    i tried different networks and no progress
    please help

     maxifix hardly ever works, and when it does Its way too slow, subscribe to Identifix , its the way to fix cars this days.

     I went to check Identifix but they don't seem to have there subscription fees listed. Are you a member with them? How is there service? How much it cost?
